The sub-modules also reduce the risk of errors and fraud and provide an invoice audit trail.

Your Advanced Job Cost Management module allows you to manage out-of-scope problems with estimate variations to control cost escalations. This sub-module has been designed to help you to stay on top of variations, as invoices are automatically validated to estimates using your own defined alerts.

Your Advanced Job Cost Management module allows you to base your calculations on the methods used in your business.

Calculate revenue, based on percentage of completion and recognise revenue as it is earned during the life of the job. This feature allows you to predict future income and project outcomes more accurately.
